We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session without penalty. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or for missed sessions.
2. Refunds
Refunds are only available if a session is cance;led more than 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to attend your session or cancel within 24 hours, the session fee will be forfeited. In the rare case that anima anima must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a new appointment time. Refunds will be paid in full (minus credit card processing fees if applicable).
3. Session Recordings
You are responsible for saving any recordings provided to you. We do not guarantee permanent storage or re-delivery of session files.
4. Contact for Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, please cancel directly from the confrimation email.
5. Unused Sessions / Packages
If you purchase a multi-session package and choose not to use all sessions, the remaining sessions are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to schedule and attend your sessions within the provided timeframe.
6. Business Closure / Discontinuation of Services
In the event that anima anima ceases operations for any reason — including temporary or permanent closure, hiatus, personal circumstances, or my inability to continue offering services — unused sessions or packages are non-refundable. By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
7. Final
All purchases made with Anima Anima are considered final. Due to the intuitive and energetic nature of this work, refunds are not offered for completed sessions, purchased packages, or partially used packages.
